Withdrawal & Refund Policy
Sales are currently closed. This policy records the intended approach, but the checkout must still implement and preserve any declarations required for immediate digital delivery before sales open.

Statutory withdrawal
Where applicable law grants a statutory withdrawal right, consumers may be entitled to a withdrawal period. In particular, qualifying consumers covered by Belgian, EU, or EEA distance-selling rules generally have a 14-calendar-day statutory withdrawal period, subject to the applicable conditions and exceptions. This is not presented as a universal right that automatically applies to every customer worldwide, and other jurisdictions may provide different mandatory rights. For online digital content supplied immediately, the withdrawal right may cease only where the conditions of the applicable law are met, which may include the consumer’s prior express request or consent to begin supply and a separate acknowledgement of the resulting loss of the withdrawal right.
The future checkout must collect and retain any required declarations separately and provide the required confirmation. That checkout and contractual evidence do not exist yet. The availability or start of a download must not by itself be treated as proof that every legal condition was satisfied.

Legal conformity remedies
Mandatory remedies for digital content that is not supplied, is defective, or does not conform to the contract remain available where applicable. Depending on the circumstances and governing law, remedies may include bringing the content into conformity, a price reduction, termination, or reimbursement. This policy does not replace or reduce those rights.

Voluntary refunds
Blackjack Academy does not currently offer a general voluntary refund programme beyond rights and remedies required by applicable law. This does not prevent a reasonable correction or refund for a duplicate payment, manifest billing error, legal obligation, or a decision that a future merchant responsible for the transaction is required or entitled to make.

The refund and legal contact address will be published before sales open. No refund request can arise through this website while sales remain closed.
